Licensor – holder of the exclusive right to the computer program – Wallone Internet platform.

Licensee is a person who has received the right to use a computer program - the Wallone Internet platform within the limits of those rights and in the ways provided for in this Agreement.

User is the owner of an account on the Platform. Two categories of Users interact on the Platform:

1) Author is a User who uses the Platform to post their results of intellectual activity (hereinafter referred to as RIA) and search for persons interested in acquiring the right to use these RIA;

2) Buyer – a User who uses the Platform to search for intellectual property and enter into licensing agreements with the authors of these intellectual property.

Result of intellectual activity (RIA) – a work of painting, graphics, design, graphic story, comic book and/or other work of fine art in the anime genre that meets the requirements of the Platform.

Author profile – a page on the Platform where RIAs of a specific author are published.

Tariff – a set of services to improve the visual design of the author’s profile.
